These Terms govern your use of the Raddar platform (raddar.in) operated by RADDAR Solutions LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India ("Raddar", "we", "our", or "us"). By using Raddar, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you have any questions before getting started, feel free to reach out to us at contactus@raddar.in.

1. The Service

Raddar is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that helps truck fleet owners and transport businesses in India manage trips, drivers, vehicles, clients, invoices, expenses, and statutory compliance. Features include:

  • Trip management with LR (Lorry Receipt) and challan generation
  • Driver and vehicle compliance tracking (DL, RC, insurance, permits, fitness)
  • GST-ready invoicing and ITR report generation
  • Expense tracking and financial analytics
  • WhatsApp-based notifications and driver trip updates
  • FASTag balance and challan lookups via government APIs
  • AI-powered insights (cash flow forecasting, route profitability, client risk)

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under Indian law.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information at signup, including a valid GSTIN and a working WhatsApp number for OTP authentication.
  • One account may represent one business entity. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at contactus@raddar.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Raddar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Raddar offers subscription plans (Basic, Premium) billed on a monthly or annual cycle.

  • Free Trial: New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access. No payment method is required to start.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from Profile → Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law, or where Raddar fails to provide the service due to our error.
  • Payment processing: Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Raddar does not store card or bank account credentials.
  • Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before increasing subscription prices.

4. Team Members

Account owners may invite team members (employees, managers) to access the platform with configurable permissions. The owner is responsible for all actions taken by team members under their account. Team members may be granted read, write, or admin access per module. Owner-level actions (billing, account deletion, data export) are restricted to the account owner.

5. Your Data & Ownership

  • You own your data. All trip records, invoices, driver details, vehicle information, and other business data you enter into Raddar remain your property.
  • License to process: You grant Raddar a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the service.
  • Portability: You may export all your data at any time via Profile → Account & Privacy → Export My Data.
  • Deletion: Upon account deletion, your personal data is erased from our systems. Financial records required by law (GST, Income Tax) are anonymised and retained for the statutory 7-year period.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Raddar is not liable for incorrect LRs, invoices, or compliance documents resulting from inaccurate input.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Raddar to:

  • Enter false, fabricated, or fraudulent trip, invoice, or compliance data.
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass OTP authentication, rate limits, or any security control.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate requests to the platform without prior written consent.
  • Use the platform for any purpose prohibited under Indian law, including tax evasion or money laundering.
  • Share your account credentials with parties outside your authorised team.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Third-Party Data & Accuracy

Raddar integrates with authorised third-party API providers to retrieve verified data from government systems, including vehicle registration details, driving licence status, and GSTIN information. This data is provided "as-is" from the respective source systems. Raddar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data returned by these sources. You should independently verify critical compliance data before relying on it for legal or commercial decisions.

8. AI-Powered Insights

Raddar's AI features (cash flow forecasting, route profitability, client risk scoring, driver efficiency) are analytical tools that process your historical data to surface patterns and predictions. These insights are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. You should not make critical business decisions — such as extending credit to clients or taking on new routes — based solely on AI-generated predictions. Raddar is not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of AI insights.

9. Availability & Uptime

We target 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email or in-app notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, third-party service failures (Supabase, Cashfree, government APIs), or circumstances outside our reasonable control. During a subscription outage caused by Raddar's infrastructure, affected users may request a pro-rata service credit by emailing contactus@raddar.in within 14 days of the incident.

10. Intellectual Property

The Raddar name, logo, platform design, source code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by RADDAR Solutions LLP. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform without our prior written consent. User-generated content (your business data) remains your property as described in Section 5.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, RADDAR Solutions LLP's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from the use of Raddar shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profit or revenue; loss of data beyond what can be recovered from your last export; or commercial losses arising from reliance on government API data or AI insights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

12. Termination

  • By you: Cancel your subscription at any time and request account deletion via Profile → Account & Privacy.
  • By Raddar: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees after a 7-day grace period.
  • Effect of termination: Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. You will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted, subject to the statutory retention obligations described in Section 5.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting contactus@raddar.in and allowing 30 days for the matter to be resolved amicably.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, pricing, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of Raddar after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version and date at the top of this page reflect the current revision.
