These Terms govern your use of the Raddar platform (raddar.in) operated by RADDAR Solutions LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India ("Raddar", "we", "our", or "us"). By using Raddar, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you have any questions before getting started, feel free to reach out to us at contactus@raddar.in.
Raddar is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that helps truck fleet owners and transport businesses in India manage trips, drivers, vehicles, clients, invoices, expenses, and statutory compliance. Features include:
We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
Raddar offers subscription plans (Basic, Premium) billed on a monthly or annual cycle.
Account owners may invite team members (employees, managers) to access the platform with configurable permissions. The owner is responsible for all actions taken by team members under their account. Team members may be granted read, write, or admin access per module. Owner-level actions (billing, account deletion, data export) are restricted to the account owner.
You agree not to use Raddar to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
Raddar integrates with authorised third-party API providers to retrieve verified data from government systems, including vehicle registration details, driving licence status, and GSTIN information. This data is provided "as-is" from the respective source systems. Raddar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data returned by these sources. You should independently verify critical compliance data before relying on it for legal or commercial decisions.
Raddar's AI features (cash flow forecasting, route profitability, client risk scoring, driver efficiency) are analytical tools that process your historical data to surface patterns and predictions. These insights are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. You should not make critical business decisions — such as extending credit to clients or taking on new routes — based solely on AI-generated predictions. Raddar is not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of AI insights.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email or in-app notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, third-party service failures (Supabase, Cashfree, government APIs), or circumstances outside our reasonable control. During a subscription outage caused by Raddar's infrastructure, affected users may request a pro-rata service credit by emailing contactus@raddar.in within 14 days of the incident.
The Raddar name, logo, platform design, source code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by RADDAR Solutions LLP. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform without our prior written consent. User-generated content (your business data) remains your property as described in Section 5.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, RADDAR Solutions LLP's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from the use of Raddar shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profit or revenue; loss of data beyond what can be recovered from your last export; or commercial losses arising from reliance on government API data or AI insights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting contactus@raddar.in and allowing 30 days for the matter to be resolved amicably.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, pricing, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of Raddar after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version and date at the top of this page reflect the current revision.
