You may cancel your RADDAR subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will automatically expire and will not renew. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be provided for unused periods.
RADDAR offers a 30-day free trial with full access to its features, without requiring any payment, credit card, or debit card details. As customers have sufficient time to evaluate the platform before subscribing, subscription fees paid after the trial period are non-refundable.
In the event of significant service disruptions, extended downtime, billing errors, or other issues directly attributable to RADDAR Solutions LLP, we may, at our sole discretion, review the circumstances and determine whether a refund, service credit, or other appropriate remedy is warranted. All such decisions shall be made by RADDAR Solutions LLP in accordance with this policy and applicable laws and regulations.
